A Message From Chris
Dear All As you may have noticed, there have been some changes at CTT. In fact, I am taking a small (ish) leave of absence. Much as I have enjoyed running CTT, ever since I founded it in 2001, I simply don’t have the time to do it justice any longer. Between working for real money (who hoo) and writing, I don’t have the time to do the work involved any longer. Fortunately, David Atwell, who is well known for his Human Timeline, as well as several articles on CTT, has agreed to take over for a while. Be nice to him; he’s still learning the ropes and experimenting with new styles. If you miss the old site design, a mirror, current up to January 2006, is at http://www.alternatehistory.com/changingthetimes/ where you can browse what I like to think of as one of the net’s main AH sites in its original form. Five years…wow. Don’t worry, I promise that I will try to contribute a proper article for CTT every month or so, while David does all the hard work and I get all the credit…BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA… ….I said that out loud, didn’t I? Seriously, please be as supportive and encouraging of David as you can. I like to think that CTT has made a difference to the AH world online, so please, send in articles and give him some slack.
